Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and drive value realization across acquisitions. You will oversee cross-functional integration efforts, own synergy delivery, and establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You will coordinate across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS to ensure Day 1 readiness, 0–90, and 90–180 plans,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional integrations.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance and tollgate reviews.
• Own synergy delivery and value realization.
• Coordinate across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop Day 1 and 90–180 integration plans.
• Manage risk and drive cadence and stakeholder communications.
