Job summary
Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to oversee end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will drive tollgate-based integration, oversee synergy delivery, and manage risk across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial and EHS.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
- Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
- Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern integration strategy, planning, and tollgate reviews.
- Own end-to-end synergy tracking, value realization, and risk mitigation.
- Lead cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
- Ensure Day 1 readiness and ongoing cadence of execution across functions.
- Drive change management, communication, and employee engagement during integrations.
- Develop and improve integration playbooks, checklists, dashboards, and tools.
