Reworld Waste is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance across acquisitions, ensuring disciplined value realization through tollgate-based processes. You will oversee cross-functional integration efforts, own synergy delivery and risk management, and establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern end-to-end integration strategy and tollgate framework.
• Lead cross-functional integration efforts across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial and EHS.
• Own synergy delivery, risk management and value realization.
• Ensure Day 1, 0-90, and 90-180 plans align with deal value drivers.
• Drive governance, decision rights, and cadence for integration programs.
