Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will drive synergy delivery, risk management, and a repeatable integration capability across functions, operating at strategic and execution levels to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS, and help build the integration playbook while ensuring Day 1 readiness and ongoing cadence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration strategy, planning, and tollgate reviews.
• Own synergy delivery, value realization, and risk management.
• Develop Day 1 through 0–90 and 90–180 plans aligned with deal assumptions.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial.
• Build and maintain integration dashboards and reporting cadence.
• Manage stakeholder communications and change management to minimize disruption.
• Contribute to the integration playbook and toolset improvements.
