Reworld is seeking an experienced Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will own synergy delivery, risk management, and an enterprise-wide integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

You will operate at strategic and execution levels, guiding cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS to ensure business outcomes beyond task completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; candidates with extensive experience considered.
• 8+ years in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
• Own synergy delivery and risk management with a tollgate-based model.
• Establish repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.
• Operate at strategic and execution levels to ensure business outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop change management and communication plans to minimize disruption.
• Build and improve the integration playbook, tools, and checklists.
