Job summary

Reworld Waste in the United States seeks a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance across acquisitions, ensuring disciplined execution through a tollgate-based integration model.

You will oversee cross-functional integration efforts, drive synergy delivery and risk management, and build a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence, delivering business outcomes from Day 1 and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred, candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Preferred: experience in waste management, energy, or material processing.
• Familiarity with tollgate or stage-gate operating models.
• Background in operational excellence systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance across acquisitions and ensure disciplined execution via tollgate-based integration model.
• Own synergy delivery and risk management; establish a repeatable integration capability.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and manage integration strategy, planning, and governance with executive alignment.
• Manage stakeholder communication and change management to minimize disruption during integration.
