Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to oversee end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will lead tollgate-based integration, synergy delivery, and risk management with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will drive Day 1 readiness, establish 0-90 and 90-180 plans, and ensure alignment between deal models and execution roadmaps, delivering tangible business value and sustainable integration capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance and tollgate reviews.
• Own synergy delivery, value realization, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial and EHS.
