Reworld Waste in the United States seeks a Senior M&A Integration Manager to govern end-to-end integrations, own synergy delivery, and drive value realization through a tollgate-based model. You will lead cross-functional efforts across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial.

You will shape Day 1 readiness, 0-90 and 90-180 plans, manage risk, and ensure durable business outcomes beyond task completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience considered.
• 8+ years in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance and tollgate reviews.
• Own synergy delivery, value realization, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial.
• Develop Day 1 and 0-90/90-180 integration plans.
• Establish and monitor integration cadence and dashboards.
• Communicate strategy and progress to executive leadership.
