This role drives synergy delivery, risk management, and value realization while coordinating across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the end-to-end integration strategy and plans.
• Lead pre-close integration planning including synergy and risk assessment.
• Create Day 1 and 0–90/90–180 integration roadmaps across functions.
• Oversee tollgate reviews and enforce decision rights.
• Track and realize value, manage cost, revenue and operations improvements.
• Coordinate across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Drive change management and communications to leadership and employees.
• Build and improve the integration playbook and tools.
