Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to govern end-to-end integration across acquisitions and realize value. You will own synergy delivery, risk management, and a tollgate-based integration model, coordinating across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial to ensure outcomes align with strategic deal value.

You will operate at strategic and execution levels, driving Day 1 readiness and 0-180 planning with functional leaders, while embedding operational excellence

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance across acquisitions.
• Own synergy delivery and risk management.
• Establish tollgate-based integration capability aligned with operational excellence.
• Provide Day 1 to 180 integration planning across functions.
• Drive integration cadence and decision rights with executive leadership.
• Interface with Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS to execute integrations.
