Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. The role focuses on synergy delivery, risk management, and establishing a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

The position requires 8+ years in M&A integration or related fields, with proven cross-functional leadership in industrial or energy environments, and a preference for experience in waste management or materials

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
Preferred: experience in waste management, energy, or material processing.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration governance and tollgate leadership across acquisitions.
Own synergy delivery and risk management with a repeatable integration capability.
Ensure integrations deliver business outcomes, not just task completion.
Lead cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
Develop and execute integration communication strategy and change management.
Build and continuously improve the integration playbook, tools, and checklists.
Act as primary interface to align functions toward integration goals.
