Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking an experienced Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will oversee synergy delivery, risk management and a repeatable integration capability across functions.

The role operates at strategic and execution levels to ensure that integrations deliver real business outcomes, collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment in the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration governance and tollgate leadership.
Own and enforce the integration governance model and decision framework; lead tollgate reviews.
Drive value realization with end-to-end synergy tracking and dashboards.
Coordinate cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
Develop and execute integration communication and change management strategies.
Build and improve integration playbooks, tools, and checklists.
Align functional plans with enterprise objectives and drive Day 1 readiness.
