Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will own synergy delivery, risk management, and build a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
Manage synergy delivery and risk management.
Establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.
Operate at strategic and execution levels to deliver business outcomes.
Drive integration strategy, planning, and Day 1 to 180 roadmaps.
Oversee tollgate reviews with executive leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Finance, HR, IT, Ops, Commercial, and EHS.
Develop change management and integration communications.
Build and improve the integration playbook and tools.
Stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
