Reworld Waste is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will own synergy delivery, manage risk, and build repeatable integration capabilities across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial.

The role operates at strategic and execution levels, ensuring integrations deliver measurable business outcomes, not just completed tasks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close integration planning including synergy identification and risk assessment.
• Ensure clear decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability structures.
• Proactively identify risks to value capture and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Minimize disruption and reduce attrition risk during integration.
