Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. This role requires steering synergy delivery and risk management through a tollgate-based integration model, spanning strategic and execution levels to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments
