Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to drive end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will lead cross-functional teams, own synergy delivery and risk management, and establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

The role requires strategic and execution-level oversight and cross-functional collaboration. You will coordinate across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS, ensuring Day 1 readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Familiarity with tollgate or stage-gate operating models (preferred).
• Background in operational excellence systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
• Lead synergy delivery, risk management, and a repeatable integration capability.
• Operate at strategic and execution levels to deliver business outcomes, not just tasks.
• Lead integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and execute integration communication strategy and change management.
• Support building and improving the integration playbook, tools, and checklists.
• Act as primary interface to align functions toward integration goals.
