Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance across acquisitions, delivering synergy and value through a tollgate-based model. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to realize business outcomes.

You will supervise cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS, establish Day 1 and 0-90/90-180 plans, and drive change management, risk control, and reporting cadence in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred, candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional integrations.
Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration governance and tollgate reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional integration efforts across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
Own synergy tracking, value realization, and risk management.
Develop Day 1 and 0-90 and 90-180 plans aligned with deal value drivers.
Drive Change Management and integration communications.
Build and improve the integration playbook and tools.
