Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to drive end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will lead cross-functional integration efforts, own synergy delivery and risk management, and establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence principles.

Operating at strategic and execution levels, you will ensure integrations deliver measurable business outcomes and minimize disruption during integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Experience in waste management, energy, or material processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close integration planning including synergy identification and risk assessment.
• Ensure clear decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability structures.
• Proactively identify risks to value capture and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Minimize disruption and reduce attrition risk during integration.
