Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance required.
• Five+ years in public accounting or three+ years TAS M&A experience.
• Experience interacting with C-level personnel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the due diligence process ensuring quality service delivery.
• Analyzes financial and operating results within transaction context.
• Conducts interviews with C-level personnel.
• Identifies resolutions to issues in M&A process.
• Manages relationships between BDO, client, and target company.
• Supports business development through industry networks.
