The ideal candidate has 7+ years of corporate/M&A experience, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deals with independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years of legal experience with corporate/M&A.
• Experience handling domestic and international M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation of transaction documents (NDAs, LOIs, definitive agreements).
• Ability to manage outside counsel and multiple deals end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-oriented, efficient legal advice and strategic counseling on significant transactions.
• Lead domestic and international M&A transactions from inception through closing and post‑closing integration.
• Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, term sheets and definitive transaction documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and translate findings into tailored protections.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Tax, and other teams.
• Manage outside counsel while maintaining control of the transaction and legal spend.
• Advise senior leadership on complex deal terms and risk.
