Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a senior M&A attorney to lead complex corporate transactions across its global organization. You will provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice and manage deals from inception through closing and post‑closing integration.

Strong drafting, negotiation and leadership skills are essential. Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, bar admission, 7+ years of corporate/M&A experience, and the ability to supervise and coordinate with Finance, Tax, and

Qualifications

Minimum 4–8 years of experience as a lawyer with M&A and corporate practice.
Law degree from an accredited school and bar admission.
Experience leading domestic and international M&A transactions.

Responsibilities

Provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice and strategic counseling on significant transactions.
Independently manage domestic and international M&A from inception to closing and integration.
Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, LOIs, term sheets and definitive docs.
Lead due diligence and identify risks, coordinating with corporate development and other teams.
Partner with Finance, Tax, Compliance and HR; manage outside counsel and budgets.
