Quaker Window Products seeks a Luxury Residential Sales Representative to lead our presence in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. territory. You will sell premium windows and doors to luxury builders, architects, and dealers with uncapped commission-based earnings.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in luxury window and door sales, excellent relationship-building and presentation skills, and the ability to travel daily within the territory. Remote work options exist.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of luxury window and doors sales experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a luxury residential territory across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
• Develop new business with high-end architects, builders, dealers, and industry partners
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing luxury accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor with deep product and technical expertise
• Conduct strategic, in-person customer visits and jobsite support
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Train customers on Quartz Luxury Windows by Quaker products, systems, and innovations
