Job summary

Quaker Windows & Doors is seeking a Luxury Residential Sales Representative to lead our luxury territory across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C., selling premium window and door solutions to luxury builders, architects, and dealers serving the residential market.

This high-visibility, relationship-focused role rewards consultative sales, strong presentation skills, deep product knowledge, and a willingness to travel daily within the territory, with uncapped earning potential

Qualifications

10+ years of luxury window and doors sales experience.
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
Comfort working with architects, builders, and high-end dealers.
Ability to read architectural drawings and navigate jobsite environments.
Self-motivated, organized, influencing, and results-driven.
Willingness to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a luxury residential territory across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
Develop new business with high-end architects, builders, dealers, and industry partners
Strengthen and expand relationships with existing luxury accounts
Act as a trusted advisor with deep product and technical expertise
Conduct strategic, in-person customer visits and jobsite support
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
Train customers on Quartz Luxury Windows by Quaker products, systems, and innovations
