View13 is seeking a self-starting Account Manager to develop new business in the luxury windows and doors market. You will build your territory by engaging architects, designers, and builders, hosting events, and turning cold leads into qualified opportunities.

In this role you own the pipeline, attend after-hours events, and report directly to leadership. A track record of building a book of business in luxury residential construction is preferred; base pay starts at $60k with commission.

• Experience building a pipeline of opportunities in luxury residential markets.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and hit measurable targets.
• Strong network development with architects, builders, designers, and developers.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Territory — Develop relationships with architects, builders, designers, developers, and luxury homeowners across your market.
• Create Opportunity Where None Existed — Research upcoming residential projects, engage design teams early, and convert cold leads into qualified pipeline.
• Be the Face of a Premium Brand — Host lunch-and-learns, attend trade shows and industry events to establish expertise in high-end fenestration.
• Drive the Deal — Prospect daily, qualify opportunities, coordinate with estimating on proposals, and manage your pipeline like your own business.
• Forge Strategic Alliances — Build partnerships with complementary trades and suppliers for long-term repeat business.
