View13 is seeking a self-starting Account Manager to own new business development for premium Fleetwood and Kolbe window and door lines in the luxury residential market. You’ll build relationships with architects, builders, designers, and homeowners, turning cold leads into a robust pipeline, and representing a premium brand at events and site visits.

• Build Your Territory by developing relationships with architects, builders, designers, developers, and luxury homeowners.
• Create Opportunity Where None Existed by researching upcoming projects and engaging design teams early.
• Be the Face of a Premium Brand by hosting events and representing Fleetwood and Kolbe at industry gatherings.
• Drive the Deal by daily prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating with estimating on proposals.
• Forge Strategic Alliances to generate long-term repeat business with complementary trades.
