Job summary

Maiden Home is seeking a seasoned A&D Sales Executive to grow our contract and residential channels in the Washington, D.C. area, with travel as needed.

You will build partnerships with interior design and architecture firms, developers, hospitality groups, and other commercial clients to drive incremental revenue growth. This remote position is based in DC and requires a luxury sales mindset, consultative selling approach, and the ability to navigate long sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of luxury contract A&D sales experience with an established book of business.
• Experience selling luxury furniture, textiles, lighting, or related interior categories.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate client needs into solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must have reliable car and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across Maiden Home’s contract and residential sales channels.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and other trade partners.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to quote, negotiation, close, and post-sale support.
• Provide product and brand guidance to align with client aesthetics, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain a strong pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
• Coordinate with merchandising, operations, and leadership to execute opportunities.
• Track activity and forecast sales using CRM tools.
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and client needs within the luxury design space.
