Gucci in Honolulu is seeking a Senior Operations Controller to lead store governance, inventory integrity, compliance, and luxury service enablement. You will support management in day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver exceptional client experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of senior retail ops experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage stock, processes, and teams in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years of senior retail operations experience with strong analytics.

• Strong organizational skills for inventory management.
• Attention to detail in stock procedures and accuracy.
• Experience with inventory software and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent communication with store teams and management.
• Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift boxes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shipping and receiving and report issues.
• Move merchandise timely per directives while following procedures.
• Oversee store inventory with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Develop ideas to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support selling process and client experience.
• Communicate discrepancies to management.
• Process repairs and damages promptly.
• Assist with boutique maintenance as needed.
• Pack, handle, and store merchandise per Gucci standards.
• Place orders for office and store supplies.
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Support Store Operations Controllers to maintain accurate inventory.
• Oversee cycle counts and inventories and reconcile with guidance.
