Job summary

You will work closely with Store Director and Operations Manager to optimize processes and minimize discrepancies.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a similar role, preferably fashion retail or luxury.
• High ethics, professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock processes.
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory software: receiving, tracking, storing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Good communication with store management, sales teams, and staff.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping/receiving and resolve issues with Store Director or Ops Manager.
• Ensure timely movement of merchandise per directives while following procedures.
• Maintain clear operations documents and procedures for reference.
• Submit all required tax-exempt forms.
• Communicate discrepancies to management.
• Process repairs and damages per company guidelines.
• Assist with boutique maintenance and place orders for supplies.
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and security.
