Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Manager, Customer Relationships to design and execute high-touch client development strategies for MVCs and VIP programs. You will lead Sales Associates, drive cross-channel clienteling initiatives, and translate data insights into actionable store strategies.

The role requires 4–7 years in luxury retail or premium client relations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in luxury retail or premium client relations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
Experience coaching and motivating a diverse team of independent sales professionals to meet performance goals.
Proficient in Excel and able to translate complex data dashboards into clear directives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

Manage MVC portfolios with retention, spend migration, and portfolio growth.
Own tactical roadmap to achieve Client Development KPIs and align events with client opportunities.
Monitor and report store clienteling KPIs; translate data into actionable store strategies.
Lead store-wide Client Development programs with GM, Store Leadership and Selling Strategy teams.
Champion the Connect app and CRM software; coach Associates on leveraging digital insights.
Identify high-potential clients for PCR programs to provide ultra-exclusive experiences.
Collaborate with Brand Experience to integrate clienteling objectives into events and VIP trunk shows.
Engage top-tier clients during activations to support sales and ambassador roles.
