Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or equivalent.
• Experience coaching and motivating a diverse team of independent sales professionals.
• Strong analytical and business acumen; translate dashboards into directives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for store executives and high-net-worth clients.
• "Win together" mentality; flexible to a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to navigate a multi-level luxury retail floor and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the store and market expert on MVC, designing high-touch retention and growth strategies.
• Own and deploy the tactical roadmap to achieve Client Development KPIs with cross-functional collaboration.
• Rigorously monitor and report clienteling KPIs; translate data into actionable improvements.
• Lead roll-out of corporate Client Development programs with leadership teams.
• Champion the Connect app and CRM software; coach Associates on leveraging digital insights.
• Identify high-potential VIPs for Private Client Relations programs and exclusive experiences.
• Collaborate with Brand Experience to integrate clienteling goals into events and VIP trunk shows.
• Engage top-tier clients during activations to support sales teams in high-value transactions.
