Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client relations with CRM programs.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and motivate a diverse sales team to meet performance goals.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate dashboards into actionable directives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute client development strategies for MVC portfolios.
• Lead and coach sales associates to foster client relationships and drive retention.
• Monitor KPIs like trip frequency, tier migration, and cross-channel engagement.
• Champion clienteling technology (Connect app and CRM) and drive adoption.
• Identify high-potential clients for PCR programs and exclusive experiences.
• Collaborate with Brand Experience and Store Leadership on events and activations.
