Qualifications

• 4–7 years of luxury retail or premium client relations experience and CRM program ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience coaching and motivating a diverse sales team to meet performance goals.
• Strong analytics to translate dashboards into actionable store directives.

Responsibilities

• Manage MVC portfolios and design high-touch retention and growth strategies.
• Drive client development KPIs and coordinate with Brand Experience for events.
• Monitor clienteling metrics and translate data into improvements.
• Lead rollout of corporate Client Development programs with store leadership.
• Champion Connect app and CRM tools, coaching staff on digital insights.
• Identify high-potential VIPs for Private Client Relations programs.
• Integrate clienteling objectives into in-store activations and trunk shows.
• Engage top-tier clients during activations to support sales efforts.
