Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to design and execute localized growth strategies for targeted client segments at the store and market level. You will empower and lead Sales Associates to cultivate long-term relationships, maximize client lifetime value, and drive loyalty across all shopping channels.

The role requires 4–7 years in luxury retail or CRM, a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, and strong analytical and coaching skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–7 years in luxury retail, premium client relations, or CRM strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
Proven coaching/mentoring of independent sales professionals.
Strong Excel skills and ability to translate dashboards into actions.

Responsibilities

Design and execute high-touch client development strategies for MVCs and top-tier clients.
Own tactical roadmap to hit Client Development KPIs across channels.
Monitor KPIs and translate data into store initiatives.
Lead rollout of client development programs with Store Leadership and Brand Experience teams.
Champion Connect app and CRM software for client insights.
Identify high-potential clients for Private Client Relations programs.
