Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, sales or business plus 3 years' experience in financial analysis, planning, or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with all management levels and customers.
• Strong pricing experience and related analytic skills are preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team; capable of leading project groups.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain customer relationships with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Negotiate pricing programs and upsell services within the LTL space.
• Coordinate BID/RFP activities and benchmark against General Programs.
• Contribute to dynamic pricing development and forecasting aligned with financial objectives.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver premier customer experience.
• Support sales on new and existing opportunities with LTL subject matter expertise.
• Conduct market research to inform growth and profitability strategies.
• Monitor network capacity and help optimize pricing for balance.
• Participate in special projects and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
