This role focuses on expanding revenue through a solutions-based approach and strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will develop account plans, pursue new business opportunities, and analyze customer needs to deliver tailored LTL solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or Related Field.
• 6 years of sales experience, including 3 years in LTL sales.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of large freight accounts and national programs.
• Develop account plans and growth strategies to maintain and grow existing business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and implement tailored LTL solutions.
• Conduct business reviews and present value propositions.
• Monitor account performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Attend industry events to build business contacts.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned
