Qualifications

• 4–5 years of long-term disability claim management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of LTD policy provisions, medical and vocational considerations, benefit calculations, Social Security benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Long-Term Disability technical expert to Team Lead and claim professionals on complex matters.
• Provide technical guidance on policy interpretation, medical and vocational considerations, claim strategy, eligibility, and next steps.
• Coach claim professionals through complex scenarios and provide actionable feedback to improve decision quality.
