Job summary

You will collaborate with the Team Lead to promote decision quality, analyze trends, and maintain claim block health, with the position offering a fully virtual arrangement and occasional on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Long-Term Disability claim management experience with complex claim evaluation.
• Advanced knowledge of LD policy provisions, medical and vocational considerations.
• Strong communication, consultation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to coach claim professionals and analyze trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Long-Term Disability technical expert to Team Lead and professionals.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, medical/vocational considerations, and benefit eligibility.
• Coach teams through complex scenarios and deliver actionable feedback.
• Analyze claim activity to identify trends and risk, supporting targeted coaching.
• Assist in maintaining claim block health by monitoring inventory and indicators.
