Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty Delivery to own end-to-end execution of the largest, most complex initiatives on our membership roadmap. You will translate strategies into detailed requirements, partner with technical and non-technical teams, and manage dependencies, risk, and stakeholders to deliver programs at scale.

This hybrid role requires on-site work Monday through Thursday at our Richfield, Minnesota corporate office, with Fridays eligible for remote work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program/project management or related delivery roles.
• 3+ years delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of the largest, most complex membership initiatives.
• Translate strategies and briefs into detailed requirements across channels.
• Partner with Technology Product teams to hand off requirements through acceptance.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risk, and timeline against defined outcomes.
• Lead adoption and change management and develop an Associate Manager.
