Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty Delivery to own end-to-end execution of the largest, most complex membership initiatives. You will turn priorities into detailed requirements, partner with technical and non-technical teams, and manage dependencies, risk, and stakeholders to deliver programs at scale.

This hybrid role requires on-site work in Richfield, MN (Mon-Thu) with remote Fridays. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program/project management, product delivery, or operational execution.
• 3+ years proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing dependencies, risk, and delivery to outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of the largest, most complex membership initiatives.
• Translate strategies and briefs into detailed requirements across channels.
• Partner with the Technology Product team to hand off requirements through acceptance.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risk, and timeline against defined outcomes.
• Lead adoption and change management and develop an Associate Manager.
