Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty Delivery to own end-to-end execution of the largest, most complex initiatives on our membership roadmap. You will translate strategies into detailed requirements, partner with technical and non-technical teams, and manage dependencies, risk, and stakeholders to deliver programs at scale.

This hybrid role requires on-site work Monday through Thursday at our Richfield, Minnesota corporate office, with Fridays eligible for remote work.

As the Senior Manager, Loyalty Delivery, you will own end-to-end execution of the largest, most complex initiatives on Best Buy's membership roadmap. Day to day, you'll turn prioritized strategies and briefs into detailed requirements, partner with technical and non-technical teams, and manage the dependencies, risk, and stakeholders needed to deliver the program at scale. A successful candidate is where strategy becomes reality-owning the \"how\" for the highest-scope work. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do

Basic qualifications

• 7+ years in program/project management, product delivery, or operational execution.


• 3+ years proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.


• Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.


• Experience managing dependencies, risk, and delivery to outcomes.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in loyalty, membership, digital, or retail delivery.


• Familiarity with product, portfolio management and stage-gate intake frameworks.
