Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an Associate Manager, Loyalty Partnerships, to secure and manage external partnerships that fuel Membership growth. You’ll translate partner opportunities into clear business cases and test plans, driving a high-volume roadmap with internal teams and external vendors.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with on-site work required at the Richfield, MN headquarters Monday through Thursday and remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships or business development roles.
• 2+ years managing external vendor relationships or partner programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

• Manage external vendor relationships for membership partnerships.
• Support business development to attract and retain new partnerships in the My Best Buy ecosystem.
• Build and maintain a partnership test pipeline with clear plans and success metrics.
• Develop business cases, test plans, and partner briefs aligned to membership goals.
• Lead day-to-day execution with vendors and internal teams across multiple functions.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimizations, and report results to leadership.
