Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty Delivery to own end-to-end execution of the largest, most complex membership initiatives. You will turn priorities into detailed requirements, partner with technical and non-technical teams, and manage dependencies, risk, and stakeholders to deliver programs at scale.

Qualifications

As the Senior Manager, Loyalty Delivery, you will own end-to-end execution of the largest, most complex initiatives on Best Buy’s membership roadmap. Day to day, you’ll turn prioritized strategies and briefs into detailed requirements, partner with technical and non-technical teams, and manage the dependencies, risk, and stakeholders needed to deliver the program at scale. A successful candidate is where strategy becomes reality—owning the “how” for the highest-scope work. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota.
