Job summary

You will oversee safety culture, coordinate low voltage design and installation, monitor budgets, and maintain excellent communication with owners and teams. Strong experience in division 8/23/25/27/28 systems is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years construction experience with division 8/23/25/27/28 systems; field supervision experience is required.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and teams; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Aptitude Superintendent projects from start to finish.
• Manage safety culture and ensure injury-free environment and mentoring.
• Coordinate low voltage design, subcontractors, and materials to meet schedules and budget.
• Maintain project communications with owners, design teams, and authorities.
• Monitor and adjust project schedules and cost reports; ensure QA/QC compliance.
