JE Dunn Aptitude is seeking an experienced Superintendent 2 to lead complex low voltage projects in our Kansas City area portfolio. You will manage Aptitude Intelligent trade partners, plan construction sequencing, and drive on-time, profitable completion in alignment with JE Dunn's strategy and values.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, coordination of design and construction efforts, and rigorous communication with owners, designers, and subcontractors to uphold quality and schedule

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience and experience with low voltage scopes.
• Ability to manage safety culture and project teams.
• Strong communication with owners, designers and trades.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages low voltage technology subcontractors and budget tracking.
• Coordinates design and construction efforts meeting standards.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manages project schedule and collaborates with Aptitude Project Manager.
• Ensures quality compliance and supports project closeouts.
