Job summary

JE Dunn, a leading construction firm, seeks an Aptitude Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute comprehensive low voltage integration projects in collaboration with Aptitude Intelligent Integration. You will coordinate with trade partners, monitor safety performance and drive project progress toward timely and profitable completion for the owner and project team.

This role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous scheduling, cost control, and ongoing QA/QC throughout the project

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely.
• Strong understanding of low voltage technology systems.
• Excellent communication with owners, design teams and subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages client and project team communication and issue escalation.
• Coordinates design and construction efforts for low voltage systems.
• Manages subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/EQ programs.
• Develops work plans and manages project schedules and cost reports.
• Ensures quality compliance and project closeouts.
