Job summary

JE Dunn and its Aptitude Intelligent Integration team seek an Aptitude Superintendent to lead complex intelligent integration projects in the field. You will oversee low voltage scopes, plan construction sequencing, and work to achieve timely, profitable project completion in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include leading safety culture, coordinating with client and project teams, and managing subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex low-voltage or intelligent integration projects.
• Strong leadership and safety culture advocacy.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and trades.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and injury-free environment; mentors staff.
• Oversees client and project team communications and issue escalation for low voltage scopes.
• Coordinates design and construction efforts to meet standards and budget.
• Manages staff and subcontractors; supports safety, quality and EEO programs.
• Develops work plans for low voltage subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manages care and control of assigned low voltage scope of work.
• Creates and updates project schedules with Aptitude Project Manager.
• Monitors project budget and costs as needed.
