Job summary

JE Dunn in Denver, CO seeks an Aptitude Superintendent 2 to lead complex low voltage projects. You will manage Aptitude trade partners, plan construction sequencing, and drive timely, profitable project completion in support of JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will oversee safety, quality, and project controls, coordinating with owners, architects, and field teams while managing budgets and schedules using the project management system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience required.
• 5+ years experience in Division 8/23/25/27/28 related systems required.
• 3+ years field supervision experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the low voltage technology project from start to finish.
• Coordinate safety, quality and EEO programs for the project.
• Manage budgets and schedule with the Aptitude Project Manager.
• Maintain clear client and project team communications.
• Ensure constructability and standards compliance across trades.
• Lead project closeouts and pre-punch activities with owners and vendors.
