Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an Aptitude Superintendent 2 to lead complex low voltage projects, coordinating trade partners, schedules, budgets, and safety programs. You will manage design and construction efforts to meet quality, constructability, and profitability goals across the project lifecycle.

You will supervise field teams, ensure effective communication with owners and vendors, and drive continuous improvement in safety and performance while aligning with JE Dunn’s standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
• 5+ years construction experience with division 8/23/25/27/28 systems preferred.
• Experience supervising projects and coordinating low voltage scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from start to finish with responsibility for scheduling, production, quality and safety.
• Manage and coordinate low voltage technology subcontractors and suppliers.
• Communicate with owners, design teams, and authorities; maintain project documentation.
• Participate in project pursuits and pre-planning with leadership.
• Ensure adherence to safety, QA/QC, and budget targets.
• Assist in selecting formwork, tools, and equipment for installations.
• Support project closeouts and owner/architect coordination.
