Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, in partnership with Aptitude, seeks an Aptitude Superintendent 2 to manage complex intelligent integration projects. You will lead low voltage trade partners, plan construction sequencing, and ensure timely, profitable completion aligned with JE Dunn’s strategy.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, coordinating design and construction efforts, managing budgets and schedules, and collaborating with owners, architects, and authorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience (Required).
• 5+ years experience in Division 8/23/25/27/28 related systems (Required).
• 3+ years field supervision experience (Required).
• 5+ years experience managing projects (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture on site and mentors staff.
• Coordinates low voltage design and construction efforts to meet standards.
• Manages subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/QC for the project.
• Develops work plans for low voltage subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Manages project budget and cost reporting.
