Scorpion Therapeutics in the United States seeks a Sales Specialist to drive LTC territory growth, build relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and facility leaders, and ensure patients are identified, started, and maintained on therapy.

You will promote products with clinical education, handle questions using advanced selling skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 80% and reside near territory boundary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred).
• 3+ years sales in pharma/healthcare; neuroscience preferred.
• 8+ years healthcare sales for Senior Specialist; 12+ years for Executive; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with LTC resident care teams and decision-makers.
• Promote Acadia products with clinical/disease-state/reimbursement education.
• Handle questions and objections using advanced selling skills.
• Drive business planning using knowledge of customers and regional trends.
• Create quarterly territory business plans to maximize reach within budget.
• Guide pricing, reimbursement, and LTC profitability; assist with access questions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Represent the company at conferences, launches, and training; contribute to initiatives.
• Mentor/train new Sales Specialists.
• Maintain regulatory and company policy compliance.
